Fit Body Boot Camp Commits to
'Burn The Fat And Feed The Hungry'

Steve Ashaolu of Fit Body Boot Camp, in the Greater Toronto Area, is hosting a Boot Camp work-out-athon on February 13 - Burn The Fat And Feed The Hungry. This three hour fitness event will raise money for Canadian Feed The Children while promoting fitness as part of of a healthy lifestyle.

Participants are welcome to workout at their own pace for as little as 15 mintues - or for those up to the challenge - for the entire three hours. The activities include fun exercises in a group atmosphere to burn fat and firm the entire body.

By helping others, we often help ourselves.  The owner of Fit Body Boot Camp, Steve Ashaolu, is encouraging local neighbors to come out for a three hour Boot Camp workout where 100% of the entry fees will go directly to Canadian Feed The Children.  The funds will help Canadian children access healthy, nutritious snack and meal programs through schools, after-school programs and daycares.  According to Steve, a certified fitness coach and the owner of Fit Body Boot Camp, "This is fitness with a purpose."
